I have had the opportunity to interview some of the most creative, brilliant, and innovative musicians throughout this Metal Nation endeavor. I have also interviewed some of the kindest musicians, and Chaney Crabb, vocalist of Entheos, fits all of that. She is one of the most beautiful humans I have met and one of the most talented. Entheos has continued to amaze me with all of their transformations and stylistic mixing. Empty on the Inside, the new album releasing on October 23rd, 2026, is refreshing, genre-blending, and showcases just how incredible this band really is. Plus, their live shows are high-energy and impressive. Be sure to check out the album and see them when they’re near you.
Entheos began in 2015 in California. Drummer Navene Koperweis, formerly of Animals as Leaders and The Faceless combined forces with Chaney Crabb to create Entheos. This power couple has added Michael Stancel (guitar, backing vocals) and Scott Carstairs (guitar, backing vocals) to the mix, and out came Empty on the Inside in a perfect little metal bow. This album blends industrial and deathcore, with bright and dark vocals twisted throughout. The majesty of the musical composition is compelling and exciting.
Chaney and Metal Nation sat down to talk once again.
