When I needed to make some adjustments to my United Airlines London Office itinerary during a recent trip through London, I chose to visit the United Airlines office in London rather than navigating the typical labyrinth of online menus and call centers. To be honest, it was among my best choices for that week's trip. My travel anxiety was instantly reduced when I walked in and was greeted by welcoming faces and a serene atmosphere. In addition to being helpful, the staff actually wanted to know how I was doing. They took the time to go over all of my options, provided clear explanations, and even offered advice on how to get around Heathrow and make my next connection go more smoothly.
