Hello! I had a great experience at the Qatar Airways Sao Paulo Office. I was there to ask about upgrading to business class, and the staff were assistive and open regarding availability and price. My attendant, who was very friendly, communicated fluent English and Portuguese, which was a huge relief. She explained everything I asked fully and double-checked that I understood each step of the way. It wasn't rushed or sales-y whatsoever—it was like they really wanted to assist. The office itself was a calming place, and I saw several other travelers being handled with the same courtesy and professionalism. You can tell that Qatar Airways is serious about customer service even down at the local office level. If you're in taking Qatar flights soon, I'd suggest stopping by their office if you need something—particularly if you like that personal, in-person service.
