MATTHEW LAPIERRE INTERVIEW: The Underrated Musician You Didn’t Know About

There are so many musicians out there with some incredible talent that many don’t know about. Matthew LaPierre is one of them. This underrated studio guitarist has done a lot of work in many different areas, but this writer found him through the band, Lost Symphony, which is a multitude of some of the best music has to offer all rolled into one project. I have chatted with Kelly Kereliuk about this project in the past, who is another highly underrated guitarist.

LaPierre has released a solo song titled, “Restless”,  that has an Intervals/Polyphia feel to it, with the progressive instrumentation. I immediately loved it and am eager to hear more of what he is doing. He was nice enough to sit down with Metal Nation and discuss his solo music, what else he does in general, and his time with Oli Herbert and the rest of the Lost Symphony artists and guests.
